What we collect when you RSVP, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you reserve a seat through our RSVP form, we collect your name, email address, and the number of seats requested. If you contact us by email, we keep your message so we can respond.

How we use it

  • To confirm your reservation and send meetup details, reminders, and bonus resources.
  • To plan seating, materials, and capacity for the event.
  • To reply to questions you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it with partners for their own marketing.

Storage and security

RSVP records are stored securely and are accessible only to the Lanternfield Campaigns team. We keep them for as long as needed to run the event and meet record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@lanternfield.com. We will respond within 30 days.
